Duplin Mule

Recipe

Ingredients:

• 3 ounces Duplin Brice’s Creek or Beaufort Bay
• 4 ounces ginger beer
• 1 ounce vodka
• Juice from one lime wedge
• Lime slice for garnish

Directions:

1. Chill a copper mug or glass tumbler in the freezer for 15 minutes.
2. Remove the mug or glass from the freezer. Fill the mug or glass with crushed ice.
3. Pour wine and vodka into the glass. Top with ginger beer.
4. Squeeze lime over the drink and stir gently one or two times.
5. Makes 1 serving.
