This year has been full of blessings as we celebrated Duplin’s 50th anniversary. None matter more than you being part of what still feels like our little family winery, even as we grow. This Heritage package celebrates that expansion with tributes to Duplin Winery-Panama City Beach. 2023 Reserve honors the year we welcomed Florida to the Duplin family. Orange Blossom, released for our Florida grand opening, is here for your own bubbly toasts. And because you asked, we revived Frosty Frolic, Duplin’s most popular holiday blush. We renamed it Frosty Fifty for our golden jubilee. These wines top off an unforgettable year with you. So, let's raise a glass: To the history that brought us together, the joy of today, and the wonderful moments yet to come.

The New Heritage Club Account Manager!

Our brand new website makes it even easier to update your account information anytime. 

Whether you're updating your delivery address and credit card on file to ensure you never miss your exclusive club wines and perks or switching your club status from shipping to pick up or vice versa, the process is simple.

  • Just log into your account by tapping the customer icon at the upper right of your screen. It's the little head-and-shoulders icon left of the heart icon. If you're already logged in, you'll see your initial there.
  • After you log in, tap "Heritage Club" on the left panel to review your account information.
  • If you run into any problems, please call us at 910-289-3888.



Your Next Package

Your Spring 2027 Heritage Package ships on February 4 or pick up is available February 4-28 at any Duplin location.

Your Summer 2027 Heritage Package ships May 6 or pick up is available May 6-31 at any Duplin location.

Heritage Billing Schedule

Don't forget to update your account at least 2 weeks before each Heritage package. We bill on the first Sunday of each shipment month (February, May, August, and November). 

Always double check your delivery address and credit card on file to ensure you never miss your exclusive club wines and perks. 

Simply log into your account by tapping the customer icon at the upper right of your screen. It's the little head-and-shoulders icon left of the heart icon. If you're already logged in, you'll see your initial there. 

After you log in, tap "Heritage Club" on the left panel to check your account information.



Shipping Guidelines

Remember: Heritage packages require an adult’s signature upon delivery.

FedEx is our primary carrier: The company offers weekend delivery and hold locations.

Track your package: Enroll in FedEx’s “Delivery Manager” to track your Heritage Package and conveniently redirect it to local hold locations like Walgreens Pharmacy or Dollar General.

Pick Up Guidelines

Picking up your package? It will be available until the last day of each shipment month (February, May, August, and November).

If you can’t stop by the winery before then, we’ll hold your package for 30 days. We can’t guarantee product availability after that time. 

If you end up deciding you need shipping instead of pickup, just let us know. We’ll arrange everything.

Keep in mind: Packages that must be redirected or changed after a charge date are subject to a shipping fee. Always let us know about changes before the each quarter's charge date.

Changing Your Club Preference

Want to change your Heritage Club preference from shipping to pick up or vice versa? That's easy to do at our website.
