Monday, October 5

Featured Entrée:

Smothered Pork Loin

Grilled pork loin with sautéed green peppers, onions and mushrooms in a Carlos wine sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Tuesday, October 6

Featured Entrée:

Steak Fajita Tacos

Grilled steak with sautéed peppers and onions in soft taco shells. Served with homemade fried chips.

Wednesday, October 7

Featured Entrée:

Hamburger Steak

Thick and tender, served over garlic mashed potatoes with onions, peppers, mushrooms and plenty of brown gravy. Served with a yeast roll.

Thursday, October 8

Featured Entrée:

Southern Fried Pork Chops

A southern classic served with green beans, mashed potatoes and a yeast roll.

Friday, October 9

Featured Entrée:

Crispy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Creamy and delicious broccoli alfredo topped with perfectly seasoned and crisped chicken breast. Served with French bread.

Saturday, October 10

Featured Entrée:

Mama Ann's Spaghetti

Chef lovingly prepares his mom's meat sauce with a touch of sweetness. Served with French bread.
