Muscadine Marinated Pork Chops

This recipe makes the best pork chops! Marinated in Queen Anne's Revenge (or other red muscadine wine), the flavors blend perfectly with the soy and and brown sugar. Tasty and tender, you'll love each bite!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Queen Anne’s Revenge Wine or substitute with Duplin Burgundy
  • 2 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Ketchup
  • 4 Pork Chops, trimmed

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, wine, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.
  2. Place pork chops in a medium baking dish, and spread with ½ the sauce.
  3. Bake pork chops 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn chops over and spread with remaining sauce. Continue baking 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chops has reached 160 degrees F.
