Duplin Winery is located at 505 N Sycamore Street in Rose Hill, NC  28458.  We are just under 2 miles off  Interstate 40.  Fayetteville: Hwy 24 E through Clinton.  I-40 E toward Wilmington.  Exit 380 Rose Hill.  Take a right, right at the Stop Light and we are 7 blocks on left. Jacksonville:  Hwy 24 W.  Take a left on Hwy 111.  Turn Left onto Hwy 41 at T intersection.  Follow to I-40. I-40 West to Exit 380.  Take a left to first stop light, then right.  We are 7 blocks on left. Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill:  I-40 E to Exit 380.  Take a right to the first stop light and another right.  We are 7 blocks on the left. Wilmington:  I-40 West to Exit 380.  Take a left to the first stop light.  Take a right.  We are 7 blocks on the left. Greenville or Kinston:  Hwy 11 South to Kenansville to I-40 E.  Exit 380.  Turn right to first stop light, right again and we are 7 blocks on the left. Myrtle Beach:  Hwy 17 N to Wilmington. Follow signs to I-40. I-40 W to exit 380.  Take a left off the exit to the first stop light. Right at the light.  We are 7 blocks on the left. Lumberton: Take Hwy 41 W to Wallace.  North on Hwy 117 approx 7 miles.  We will be on the left. Morehead City, Emerald Isle, Swansboro: Hwy 24 W to Jacksonville.  Follow directions from Jacksonville. Charlotte: Take 74 to I-95 N to Lumberton. Follow directions from Lumberton. New Bern:  Follow Hwy 70 W for 7 miles.  Turn left onto Hwy 41.  Go through Trenton, Beulaville and Chinquapin to I-40. West on I-40 to exit 380.  Left off the exit, right at first stop light.  We are 7 blocks on the left.
